  • Manage client feedback, revisions, and approvals while maintaining timelines and quality standards.
  • Handle client queries, issues, and post-launch support with a solution-oriented approach.
  • Maintain accurate client records, project updates, and communication logs in CRM or tracking systems.
  • Ensure high client satisfaction through clear communication, follow-ups, and relationship management.
  • Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
